North Farm has been in the Manners family for over eighty years. Richard and Claire who live there, have created the cottages, and have ensured that they are both classic and contemporary, welcoming and comfortable.

Original features remain in the 5 self catering cottages and their names recall the traditional functions and areas of the farm – Longcart Cottage, Stable d’Or House, Low Croft Cottage, Granarystone House and High Hemmel House. While retaining their Northumbrian, stone-built character, each house will reflect the skills and craftsmanship of a new generation of joiners and stonemasons. Oak is predominant in every wooden feature, and furnishings will reflect time and taste. Views extend in all directions, both inland and to the coast.

The private 'Beach Hut' can be booked separately for a fee of £50 per day - Hut bookings are normally limited to 1 day per week due to its popularity.  Please contact the owners to reserve the hut.
